Suffix chains attach to English roots
Turkish builds meaning by stacking suffixes, and it stacks them onto borrowed English words too. The whole word is written as spoken.
Vowel harmony changes the ending
Which suffix a word takes depends on its vowels — so the same English root takes different endings in different sentences. Both are correct, and both are transcribed.

Turklish — two languages in one sentence
Turkish attaches its grammar to the end of the word in a chain, and the form of each link depends on the vowels before it. Borrow an English word and Turkish will harmonise its suffixes to that word's vowels — so the same borrowing appears in several shapes across one video, all of them right. A transcriber that normalises them to one form is wrong every time but the first.
