Terms of Service

By accessing or using Harmar, a service provided by HARMARAVET LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

• ·You must be 16 or older to use Harmar.
• ·You sign in with Google or Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it.

Harmar offers paid subscription plans that renew automatically.

• ·Free. 5 minutes a month, with each video up to 3 minutes. Exports carry the Harmar logo.
• ·Harmar 10. $8.99 a month for up to 10 minutes of video a month.
• ·Harmar 60. $16.99 a month for up to 60 minutes of video a month.
• ·Harmar 120. $27.99 a month for up to 120 minutes of video a month.
• ·Lifetime. Granted individually to selected users, such as partners. Not purchasable.

Payment terms

• ·Payments are taken monthly (or yearly on an annual plan) through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• ·You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until that period ends.
• ·EU users: By purchasing a subscription, you consent to get access to the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
• ·Your monthly minutes reset each month and do not carry over. Purchased top-up minutes do not expire.
• ·Prices can change. We give at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects you.

Harmar offers an API for transcription. Using it means accepting these additional terms.

• ·Credits. API use is prepaid in minute packs. Minutes are reserved when a job starts and refunded if it fails.
• ·Keys. Your API key identifies you. Keep it secret; you are responsible for calls made with it.
• ·Retention. Source media is deleted as soon as the transcript is produced. Transcripts stay retrievable for 30 days, then the payload is deleted.
• ·Fair use. We may rate-limit or suspend a key that is degrading the service for others.

You agree not to use Harmar to:

• ·process content you do not have the right to process;
• ·produce material that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• ·attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a notice to our designated agent at ciao@harmar.ai. Include your contact information, a description of the work, where the infringing material is located, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

• ·Your videos are yours. You keep all rights to the media you upload and to the captions produced from it. We claim no ownership.
• ·Our software is ours. The Harmar platform, its interface and its models remain our property.
• ·What we do with your files. We process them only to produce your captions and exports. Source media is deleted once your captions are produced (failed jobs keep their media for 24 hours for debugging, then it is deleted). We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models without your explicit consent.

Harmar is provided “as is”. Automatic transcription is not perfect and you are responsible for checking the result before you publish it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HARMARAVET LLC against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the service, including if you process or upload content you do not own the rights to.

• ·You can stop using Harmar and delete your account at any time.
• ·We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Harmar after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
