Privacy Policy

• ·Account details. Your name and email address, from Google or Telegram when you sign in. We never receive your password.
• ·Your content. The video and audio files you upload, and the captions produced from them.
• ·Usage. How many minutes you have processed, which plan you are on, and your caption style settings.
• ·Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We store only the subscription status and an identifier — never your card number.

• ·To produce your captions and your exports.
• ·To run your account, your plan and your billing.
• ·To reach you about your account — a failed payment, a finished export, a reply to your feedback.
• ·To understand which parts of the product are used, so we can improve them.
• ·Important. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your videos to train models without your explicit consent.

• ·Source media is deleted from our storage once your captions are produced. Failed jobs keep theirs for 24 hours so we can diagnose the failure, then it goes too.
• ·Your captions and exports stay in your account until you delete them.
• ·Deleting your account removes your content. Billing records are kept where the law requires it, without any of your content.

We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each receives only what it needs:

• ·Google. Sign-in, and the AI models that produce the captions.
• ·Supabase. Your account and your project data.
• ·Cloudflare R2. File storage.
• ·Railway and Vercel. Running the service itself.
• ·Stripe. Payments.
• ·Brevo. Transactional email.

• ·We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.
• ·We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how the product is used in aggregate. We do not sell that data or use it to build advertising profiles of you.

• ·You can see, correct or delete your data at any time from your account.
• ·You can delete your account, which removes your content from our systems.
• ·You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you: write to ciao@harmar.ai.

Harmar is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.
