One alphabet, all the way through

Serbian is written officially in both Cyrillic and Latin. The choice is pinned for the whole video, so a long clip cannot come back in two.

English stays in Latin inside Cyrillic text

That is how Serbian is actually written — the borrowed word keeps its own alphabet inside a Cyrillic sentence, and the transcript does the same.

Timing measured, not estimated

Word-level alignment against the audio rather than an estimate.

Serblish — two languages in one sentence

Serbian is the unusual case where the mixed sentence is also a mixed ALPHABET: Cyrillic Serbian with English words left in Latin, which is normal written practice rather than a mistake. A transcriber has two decisions to keep consistent instead of one — which script the Serbian is in, and whether the borrowings follow it.
